What is Premature Ejaculation? How Fast is Too Soon?

Since decades ago, a lot of people have been arguing that how fast for an ejaculation to be regarded as Premature Ejaculation. Different sex researchers have different definitions on premature ejaculation. After doing some research and reading some articles and information about premature ejaculation, finally I have some ideas on this topic.

In early 90s, the Masters and Johnson research teams had come out a judgment on this topic. Whenever a male ejaculates before his female partner reaches her orgasm in more than half of their sexual encounters. This means that for example, you had eight times of sexual inter courses last months, but ejaculated too early four of those times before your female partner or wife reached their orgasm, then it is called premature ejaculation. Sound very frightening for this definition, right? I bet at least half of the men will be worried if that is called premature ejaculation.

So, how long should a man hold out from reaching his orgasm before he can satisfy his partner? As we know, women need longer stimulation (or much longer) compared to men in order to reach their orgasm. Does is mean that as long as your partner does not authentically show her sexual satisfaction with an "O" face, you have to hold you climax? This will definitely be another nightmare for men.

Let us look at another judgment for PE. Some researchers said that premature ejaculation refers to those who ejaculate within the first 2 minutes of sexual intercourse, regardless their partners reaching orgasm. But, Alfred Kinsey showed that about 75% of men come early in over 50% of their sexual encounters. Wow, does this definition sound better? It indirectly means that most of men (more than 50%) have this sexual problem.

Now, let us look at the last definition for premature ejaculation which I personally consider as the best definition.

"Premature ejaculation means reaching your orgasm or ejaculates before you desire to. It means before you are ready or before your partner is happy to finish the sexual intercourse."

I bet most of you agree to me, right?
